Ceduna Waters
Development of land within Ceduna Waters is controlled by the provisions of the Ceduna Waters Land Management Agreement and the accompanying Ceduna Waters Environmental and Design Guidelines, in addition to the provisions of the Ceduna Council Development Plan and the Development Act 1993.
At a general meeting of the District Council of Ceduna held on Wednesday 20 March 2013, Council adopted amended 'Ceduna Waters Environmental and Design Guidelines', notated as ‘Version 1.6 – 20 March 2013’ as substitute Guidelines pursuant to the provisions of clause 1.1 of the 'Ceduna Waters Land Management Agreement'.
The amendments to the Guidelines have been made by Council predominantly to provide clarification in relation to the existing provisions pertaining to property fencing.
