Ombudsman Outcome - Heliport : 270 Review
Council considered a request from Mr Martyn Davis to lease the Heliport Hangar, at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 15 December 2021, Council resolved to decline the request.
Mr Martyn Davis requested that Council review their decision by submitting a formal Section 270 Review. Council reviewed their decision at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 19 January 2022, and resolved to reconfirm their previous decision not to lease the Heliport Hangar to Mr Martyn Davis.
Mr Martyn Davis pursued the matter with the South Australian Ombudsman and following an Ombudsmans investigation the matter has been closed.
