Denial Bay Jetty - Open

We are delighted to announce the reopening of the Denial Bay Jetty, thanks to the swift and efficient efforts of Deep Bight Marine. Following a temporary closure due to structural concerns identified in a recent survey, we are pleased to report that the necessary repairs have been successfully completed.

The Denial Bay Jetty, a crucial part of our coastal infrastructure, underwent a thorough structural survey, revealing issues that required immediate attention for the safety of our community. In response to the identified concerns, Council engaged Deep Bight Marine to expedite the required repairs, and their prompt response played a pivotal role in the timely reopening of the jetty.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Deep Bight Marine for their professionalism, dedication, and efficiency in addressing the structural issues. Their commitment to the project ensured that the Denial Bay Jetty is once again accessible to residents and visitors alike.

We understand the significance of the Denial Bay Jetty in our community, and we are grateful for the patience and understanding demonstrated by everyone during the temporary closure. Please note that the repairs conducted are considered a temporary fix to enable the safe reopening of the jetty. Council is actively seeking advice from the State Government regarding continued and more permanent works. We are committed to keeping the community informed as we work towards a comprehensive and lasting solution for the Denial Bay Jetty.
