At the Ordinary Meeting of the District Council of Ceduna held on 16 October 2019, with all members present, the following six By-Laws were unanimously carried.
By-Law 1 - Permit and Penalties
By-Law 2 - Moveable Signs
By-Law 3 - Local Government Land
By-Law 4 - Dog & Cats
By-Law 5 - Roads
By-Law 6 - Waste Management
The By-Laws become operational on 28 February 2020.
