Impounded Vehicles

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999, the District Council of Ceduna has impounded the following vehicles:
Silver Holden Commodore - XGX 364
Red Toyota Camry Wagon - WYN 851
Viscount Caravan (Not Roadworthy) - VIN: S67248
Unless all the expenses connected with the removal, custody and maintenance of such vehicles, and the advertisement of same, are paid to Council within 1 month of this notification (last day 26th April 2024) and take possession, Council will dispose of these vehicles.
