Street Stall

The District Council of Ceduna recognises the demand from community organisations for street stalls to allow fund raising and promotional activities at strategic locations within Ceduna and for private businesses to utilise footpaths for sidewalk sales.

Street Stalls will only be permitted from the designated area of:

Footpath area adjacent to the Ceduna Memorial Hall Front Entrance off 31 Poynton Street, Ceduna SA 5690.

Bookings are subject to the completion of a Street Stall Application , and the pre-payment of any associated fees.

Street Stalls selling food are required to have a Food Business Number (FBN). FBN Application Form.
