Draft By-Laws
The District Council of Ceduna is seeking community feedback on a series of draft By-Laws. Council has the power to create By-Laws under Section 246 of the Local Government Act 1999 to help manage everyday activities within the community. They are designed to support good governance, and to assist Council to provide convenient and safe spaces for the community.
Council has drafted the following by-laws and are seeking feedback from the community before any decision is made to adopt them:

How to provide feedback
Community members can submit feedback in writing via:

Submissions must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday 21 August 2026.
Following the consultation period, Council will consider all feedback received.
